Conservative Like A Fox

I find it really, really annoying that the media still refers to Bush as a conservative. They can call him a Republican, that's one thing. But a conservative? What a joke.

I really have had enough this time- do you know what he's trying to do now? King George is trying to nationalize the banks. He wants to give Federal control over banks across America, so to be able to "bail out" (meaning rob blind) any company that does a Bear-Sterns and starts to go under. All this time I've been saying how Chavez in Venezuela is nationalizing everything, and here comes King George doing the same thing.

This is such an outrage that, again, the media largely ignores because they like such things, it really is unbelievable. This is pure liberalism. Pure socialism. Pure totalitarianism. If King George is allowed to do this- which hopefully he won't be, since he's a lame duck- we will have taken a huge step forward to a socialist, tyrannical government.

Now I really am wondering- not that 9/11 was an inside job, but was it just the right opportunity to expand the government powers to spy on its citizens? I don't know anymore. Could the crazy conspiracy guys be half right? King George just might be that good of an opportunist- he's sure trying to take advantage of this economic opportunity to expand the Fed into the banks. Maybe he used the Osama opportunity to expand the intelligence agencies (in size more than power... for now.)

It makes me wonder about all sorts of things. Perhaps this wiley King has played dumb for almost eight years now, while pushing his agenda the entire time. And no one saw it happening. Think about it. He has broken the borders, he has severely weakened the economic system and national security in doing so, he has weakened and put the country into huge debt with the unwon winnable war, he has put us in weakened positions concerning all our enemies he will no longer even pretend to stand up to (North Korea, China, Iran, and Russia come to mind), and now he is trying to steal the banks from us.

He denies the plan to create super highways that connect Mexico, America, and Canada... but Mexican government officials have already admitted such plans exist through NAFTA. He denies any desires or plan to create some sort of North American Union- like the failing European Union- but who on Earth would trust King George when he says anything, let alone something like that?

You may say, oh, it's just dumb ol' Bush trying to fix something. You may even say it's a good idea if you don't know better. Me, I see through the myst. Some of it at least- I still can't figure out who is pulling our King's strings. But I know one thing for sure, Bush has moved us closer to losing our sovereignty than any other President I am aware of. This expansion of the Fed into the entire banking system is all the proof I need.
